I could hear everything from the lobby, which disrupted my peace often. The spa was a letdown. It was just a small room with a jacuzzi and a sauna that wasn't working during my stay. Expectation for a full spa experience was missed. Also, more amenities in the room, like coffee and tea facilities without extra charge, would have been nice. For the price, I anticipated a more vibrant environment, but it felt a bit stark. Overall, the hotel has a great location and cleanliness but could use improvements in the room size and spa services.

great location but room lacked charm

The location is truly amazing, a few minutes walk to both Monastiraki and Plaka. The views of the cityscape are breathtaking, especially at sunset. We appreciated how convenient it was to explore the shopping areas in Kolonaki as well.

The Standard Double room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh.
